River Church
What started as an idea to do church on the river, God turned into another community of people we get to call family and friends. Over 8 weeks of the summer of 2024, we've seen baptisms, celebrated communion, prayed together, and worshipped together. And we're not stopping now. River Church is a non-denominational church started by NEWLIFE Calvert.

What can I expect on a Sunday?

We'll gather in the banquet hall around tables.

Our focus is on people and relationships.

We'll be watching live worship together.

You can stand and sing, sit and journal, or walk around and pray during this time of music.

We'll watch the sermon from our sending church, NEWLIFE Calvert.

We'll have a coffee bar provided by the country club staff!
What about my kids?
A team of volunteers will provide a church experience built just for ages 2 through 5th grade. River Kids will involve playing games and with toys, singing kids songs, watching a video lesson about Jesus on their level, and spending time making new friends.
